Judging will take place in two stages:

1. Public Voting: All eligible entries will be shared for public voting during the designated period. The top three designs receiving the most votes will advance to the final stage.
2. Panel Review: A panel of judges selected by Five Acre Co. will review the top three public-voted designs to determine the winner, ensuring the final selection meets artistic quality, technical specifications, and brand alignment.

• Artwork must be original and not infringe on any copyrights. 
• Entries must not have been previously published or submitted to another contest. 
•  The successful applicant (winner of the poster contest), grants Five Acre Co. full usage rights to the design while receiving credit as the artist. 
• The winning design may be modified slightly for formatting or branding purposes. 
• Contestants agree to these terms upon submission. 

• Brand elements must be placed in a respectful and professional manner. 
• Assets must not be used in any work unrelated to the contest. 
• Assets may not be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties. 
• Assets must not be used in any context that could harm the reputation of the brand (e.g., inappropriate, offensive, or political content). 

The brand name, logo, and visual identity remain the exclusive property of Five Acre Co. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for the purpose of creating their poster contest entry. Any alteration, reproduction, or distribution of brand assets beyond the scope of this contest is strictly prohibited. Misuse of brand assets, including but not limited to unauthorized use, distortion, or association with inappropriate content, may result in immediate disqualification from the contest and, if necessary, further action to protect the integrity of the brand.
